What data sources can I see in the reports?
minware currently intregrates with Jira, Google Calendar, and git providers including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps. We are also working on integrating data from CI/CD systems. If there's something else you want to see, let us know.
I don't see a particular metric I'm interested in, is there a way to get it?
It depends on the metric, but most of the time, yes. Please reach out to support, who can help with metric configuration in your account, including things like custom Jira fields. Fully custom reporting is available for enterprise customers.
Can I export the data I see in minware reports?
Yes, minware currently has CSV export available, and we plan to offer other export options soon.
My boss wants a slide deck, can you help me make one?
Unlimited board deck support is available for enterprise customers, but our friendly support staff will probably help you anyway if you ask nicely.
Can I access my raw minware data?
For enterprise customers, minware offers access to all of the tables that power our reports with a direct snowflake schema connection, allowing you to integrate with your enterprise data environment.
