The average time from first commit to pull request/branch merge.

PR Lead Time (Avg.) by PR Workflow Status

The average time from first commit until a branch is merged into a main branch, broken down by the current status of a branch between when it is opened and when it is merged to a main branch.

PR Cycle Time by Percentile

The time from the first commit on a branch until its pull request was merged, broken down by the percentile of the metric, with high and low percentiles to differentiate outliers from typical values.
