The Estimate Analysis report helps you track ticket estimate accuracy and consistency. It compares actual work time and cycle time per point against estimates for completed tickets.

Default Metrics

Ticket Work Days / Point (Avg.)

The average work days allocated to a ticket before it is first marked complete, divided by story points or estimate units and excluding tickets with no estimate set.

Ticket Cycle Time / Point (Avg.)

The average time from when a ticket is first marked in progress to when it is first marked complete, divided by story points or estimate units and excluding tickets with no estimate set.

Ticket Work Days / Point (Avg.) by Ticket Story Points

The average work days allocated to a ticket before it is first marked complete, divided by story points or estimate units and excluding tickets with no estimate set, broken down by the story point estimate on the ticket.

Ticket Cycle Time / Point (Avg.) by Ticket Story Points

The average time from when a ticket is first marked in progress to when it is first marked complete, divided by story points or estimate units and excluding tickets with no estimate set, broken down by the story point estimate on the ticket.
