Change Failure Rate

The ratio of change failures to deployments.

Rework Rate

The ratio of new bugs to total merged pull requests.

Bugs Created by Priority

The number of tickets created as bugs or converted to bugs, broken down by the priority of the ticket along with a numeric rank of that priority (1 = highest).

Bugs Created by Creator Team

The number of tickets created as bugs or converted to bugs, broken down by the team from which this ticket originated, defaulting to the team of the ticket creator.
