Default Metrics

PR Cycle Time (Avg.) by PR AI Author

The average time from first commit to pull request/branch merge, broken down by the type of AI that made commits or authored this pull request, if any.

Ticket Cycle Time (Avg.) by Ticket AI Author

The average time from when a ticket is first marked in progress to when it is first marked complete, broken down by the type of AI that authored pull requests linked to the ticket, if any.

PR Cycle Time (Avg.) vs. Token Spend

The average time from first commit to pull request/branch merge, compared to the total cost of used tokens.

PR Review Time (Avg.) vs. Token Spend

The average time from pull request open to first review, compared to the total cost of used tokens.

Ticket Cycle Time (Median) vs. Token Spend

The median time from when a ticket is first marked in progress to when it is first marked complete, compared to the total cost of used tokens.

Work in Progress per Person (Avg.) vs. Token Spend

The number of tickets in progress divided by the number of distinct assignees for those tickets, averaged per day, compared to the total cost of used tokens.
